Q1 + Q10

Q10 can be synthesized (unlike real vitamins) by the human body but decreases with aging. Q10 is a natural substance that can be found in every tissue of our body and is closely related to cells gaining energy from nutrients. Coenzyme Q1 enhances its effect, because it activates Q10 during energy production. Omega-3 is one of the two most important fatty acids, but our body is not able to produce it, so we have to get it from food. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and the maintenance of heart function too.
